Bare Your Soul 2011 - set 2 of 2
In the hills north of Santa Cruz we arrive at a tiny village of yurts for the weekend. Our first multi-day retreat event and it was a beautiful and uplifting experience. Several workshop leaders gave mind and body exercises - dances - yoga - massage - and even a cuddle group. On the last day we did a fun scavenger hunt in the forest.

The energy on the floor has heated up and most are now dancing with abandon. Someone found some funny hats!

The next morning starts with some hot-tub time, then over to the activity yurt to set up for the cuddle party workshop.

The scavenger hunt begins as three groups head out to look for clues to help them create unique group photos.

The scavenger hunt continues! Each group follows a map with clues along the way leading to ideas for unique photos.

This group crosses the stream and ends up at the labyrinth where they search for the clue that tells then what to do.

While some of us want to relax and chill now, Kris and Mari get into a water-spraying battle that keeps escalating.

As the sun sets everyone is relaxing in the hot-tub area. The evening warm sunlight inspires some photo taking.

Most people have left but our core group makes a final hike around the grounds of Salamander Camp.
